Begin your audio project with us by submitting a detailed inquiry through our online form. Include as much information as possible about your audio needs—whether it’s mixing, mastering, or sound design. You can also reach out directly via email or phone to discuss your project in detail.

Tailored Project Review
Our audio experts will evaluate your project’s specific requirements, considering every element from track length to the desired sonic characteristics. We aim to provide an initial project assessment within 24-48 hours, offering you a clear and concise project scope and quote.

Approval & Deposit
Once you review and approve the proposed project details, we'll ask you to secure your slot with a 25% deposit and sign a digital project agreement. This step ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expected outcomes.

File Submission & Setup
You can securely upload your tracks and any relevant files via our dedicated project submission portal. We’ll set up everything needed for your session and schedule a preliminary review meeting to ensure all your materials are correctly received and aligned with your project goals.
05.
Preliminary Mix Review
Within 24 hours of starting, we will send you a preliminary mix. This initial version focuses on basic edits and confirms that all files are correctly aligned with the project's direction, without yet applying extensive effects or mastering processes.
06.
Refining Your Sound
Following your feedback on the preliminary mix, we will deepen the creative work, enhancing spatial depth, clarity, and the overall dynamic range according to your vision. We engage in detailed sound sculpting, ensuring every element meets your expectations.
07.
Revisions & Final Approval
We provide regular updates and incorporate your feedback, undergoing necessary revisions to perfect the audio. Typically, revisions are turned around within 24-48 hours, ensuring timely progress towards the final mix.
08.
Final Payment & Delivery
Upon your final approval of the mix, complete the outstanding payment. We then finalize all deliverables, which may include various file formats and detailed documentation of the project’s audio settings.

Ongoing Support
After delivering your final files, we remain available for any further adjustments or new projects. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients, supporting your evolving audio production needs.
